Please read the terms and conditions carefully before continuing to use our website or ordering any product(s) from us. You should understand that by continuing to use the site or by purchasing any product(s) or services, you agree to these terms and conditions and that:
- You are able to enter a binding contract
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are not under a guardianship
- All the details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing product(s) will be correct
- The money used (by any method whatsoever) for the purpose of purchasing product(s) is your own and there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the product(s).
We have the right to amend these terms, but the terms that you approve at the time of your order will always apply to that particular purchase. Any changes made will be included in the latest published version of the terms in the Online Store. Changes to the terms will be effective from the time you accept them, i.e. in connection with you making a new purchase. This means that we might and probably will change our terms every now and again, so keep on visiting this page to stay up to date.

The Contract
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by us and product availability, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending an e-mail that confirms that the product(s) have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation, which will contain a copy of the Terms and Conditions to which you have agreed.
The contract will relate only to those product(s) whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other product(s) which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such product(s) has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you without being required to give any reason to you. We will refuse any order which we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or illegal.

Delivery
Any delivery times or dates stated on our site, confirmation or dispatch emails are estimates only, however, product(s) will be dispatched without undue delay within 5 working day of ordering.
Once dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the product(s) in a timely manner. however, product(s) will be delivered without undue delay within 30 days of dispatch. We make all reasonable efforts to deliver product(s) within the times specified, but we do not accept liability for any failure to dispatch or deliver within that time.
Once your order has been received you must check your product(s) and notify us as soon as possible of any discrepancy from your order or damage to the product(s).
Suppose the product(s) you ordered are unavailable or are out of stock. In that case, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as reasonably possible and offer you a refund or an alternative item.
If the product(s) you ordered are not received within 3 working day of the date on which delivery was estimated to occur then you should contact us, using your order reference to identify your product(s). Contact via our Contact Us page is preferable but can be by any means available. We will note that the order has been delivered late and will contact the courier if appropriate.
If the product(s) have been dispatched to a courier but not yet received by you then we may need to contact the courier to investigate the delivery and initiate a claim, the method and time frame of this process varies by courier.
The product(s) will be your responsibility from the time you, or a nominated party, take possession of the delivery.
You will be able to select from a list of available couriers and delivery services at the point of checkout. The list of available couriers/services will vary depending on the delivery location. For a full list of the services and prices view our delivery page here. However, we may change the service for whatever reason, if the chosen service is cheaper the difference will be refunded.
We may deliver the product(s) in separate shipments. If this is the case you will be informed prior to dispatch. You will not be charged for any additional cost if the product(s) are shipped separately.
We may change the delivery prices at any time without warning and expected delivery dates are estimates and your order may arrive before/after the stated date during busy periods such as Christmas.

Pricing
The website will use your IP address to detect your origin country and select a preferred currency for the country. You can select a different currency from the options at the top of the page. Prices will be displayed in this selected currency with any applicable VAT added in accordance with the VAT laws of the delivery country.
All product prices are initially listed in GBP with any applicable value-added tax (VAT) included. For prices displaying in other countries, the UK VAT is removed, the price is converted to the selected currency at the current exchange rate (as determined by https://www.xe.com/) at the time of viewing and any local taxes are added, in that order. For countries outside of the EEA prices will not include VAT, taxes and duties.
Prices displayed do not include delivery charges; which will be added to the total at checkout based on the option selected by the customer. Prices on the website may change from time to time based on current offers and/or the cost of the item. But these changes will not affect orders which have already been dispatched and for which a Dispatch Confirmation email has been sent.
Please note that prices in the Online Store can differ from prices in our physical stores.
Payment
All payments will be made in pounds sterling (GBP) or Euros (EUR) at the point of checkout, orders will not be fulfilled until the full payment has been received by us. If you are outside the UK and EEA you will be responsible for any additional charges, such as currency conversion, duty/import and delivery which may be applied.
The price of any product(s) will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error. In the event of a pricing error, we are under no obligation to provide the product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing.
Payments for all online product(s) must be made through one of our online gateways, we are unable to take payment over the phone. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and Cartes Bancaires. We also accept the following digital wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Revolut Pay.
Further to these options we also accept Buy Now, Pay Later alternatives including Klarna and Clearpay. Klarna and Clearpay are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Late fees may apply. We operate an address verification system (AVS) and fraud check for your and our security. Your credit or debit card will be charged when you place an order with us but before we have accepted the order. If your order is rejected a refund will be issued. This may take several days to appear in your account.
The conditions relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Limited time will mean one day unless stipulated. Unless otherwise specified discount codes apply to full-price products only and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
We only use secure payment gateways to process payments. Your credit card details are not stored on our database and are not accessible by any member of our staff. We take all possible care to protect your personal details but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to the data provided when you placed your order.
Returns Policy
If:
- The product(s) delivered are not what you ordered, or do not correspond with their description
- The product(s) delivered are not of a satisfactory quality
- The product(s) are damaged or faulty
We will provide you with a free pre-paid Royal Mail Returns option and refund to you the price paid or deliver to you a replacement product(s). Please use to provided returns label as we will not be able to refund more than you originally paid.
If you return the Goods to us:
- For any of the reasons specified above, we will examine the returned product(s) and in the case of a faulty product(s), we may also send the returned product(s) to our supplier for examination. If the products are accepted for any of the above reasons, we will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will refund the price of the defective product(s) in full and any applicable delivery charges.
- Within 30 days of receiving them and for any other reason not specified above, you will NOT be entitled to a refund on your postage charges and an additional returns fee of £2.00 GBP will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Outside of the first 30 days of receiving them, we reserve the right to refund you via an online credit or return the item back to you with no refund being issued.
You can return the product(s) to us by:
- Delivering them in person to one of our stores, visit here for our store locations.
- By any courier or delivery service you prefer at your own cost to the returns address stated below and on your invoice. If you choose this option, you will be liable for any loss or damage that may occur during delivery to us. We will be unable to refund you if the product(s) fail to return.
- By using the pre-paid Royal Mail Returns label provided to you. If you have not been provided a returns label then you can receive one by visiting www.loofes-clothing.com/returns-label. If you do choose to use this service an additional £3.00 will be deducted from the refund amount (excusing for any of the reasons stated above).
To receive a full refund, the returned product(s) must (excluding cases of faulty or defective product(s)):
- Be in their original condition
- Be with all tags still attached
- Be in their original packaging
- NOT have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try on the product(s))
If any of the above are NOT true and the value of the product(s) has been reduced, we have a right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product(s).
The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of us receiving the items back or you providing evidence of having sent back the product(s). If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact Customer Service and we will help you.
In the case where an exchange or replacement is requested, the replacement product(s) will be dispatched by us as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of us receiving the items back or you providing evidence of having sent back the product(s). Exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability, if the required product(s) are unavailable or out-of-stock we will contact you via email or phone. Confirmation that the replacement product(s) had been dispatched will be confirmed by the sending of an email confirmation (Exchange Dispatched)

Consumer Rights
You may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the product(s). To cancel a Contract, you can inform us by contacting us via email or by phone within those 14 days, and return the product(s) to us within 14 days after the date of delivery.
