CLICK AND COLLECT

When purchasing an item, we offer 'Collect In Store’ as an alternative to shipping it out to your home or work address, allowing you to collect your order from one of our stores at your convenience. The service is FREE and we aim to get your order to the store of your choice within 5 working days. Using this service couldn't be simpler.

STEP 1

During the checkout process, select one of the stores you would like to collect from in the options and proceed with the payment of the order. Click here to view our store locations.

STEP 2

Once the order has been received on our system, we will then deliver it to your chosen store and inform you via email when it is ready to collect.

STEP 3

Then visit the store within 7 days of receiving your collection confirmation email, present a member of staff with evidence of your confirmation, either as a print-out or on your smartphone.
You will also need to bring a form of ID. We will accept a driver’s license, passport or a utility bill in your name.
